Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     I took an old friend to Capital Grille tonight to celebrate his birthday. When making the reservation, I was asked if this was a special occasion. When we arrived, the table was tastefully decorated and a birthday card from the restaurant awaited. Our server, Shavon, was terrific and attentive. After a delicious dinner, a beautifully decorated desert tray and candle arrived. I could not have arranged a better two-person birthday party for my friend. Thanks 'Capital Grille'!

    The food took a while to come out but when it arrived it was great. The grand plateua was basic, not really worth the value. Steaks are what you would expect, sides are exceptional.

    My wife and I have visited CG for our birthday's and anniversaries for close to 20 years. The Rosemont location has always provided excellent service and delicious food. It is our go to for events. While we sometimes visit the Schaumburg or downtown Chicago locations for lunches, Rosemont is our favorite.
