Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Capital Grill always goes above and beyond to service their customers, that’s why I was surprised at the lack of attention my wife and received on Valentine’s, table 7, in the bar area. My tip reflected the poor service.

    Another fabulous evening with exemplary service from Bridgette, a charming professional happy server who cares, providing exquisite courses for dinner and dessert. Christy and Mike, management, are very attentive and keen to make each experience better than the last. Thank you, Tricia and Dan

    We have been going to capital grilled for years and have never been disappointed by the delicious food , the friendly waiting staff, and the ambiance. The manager Mike recognized my wife and me and came up to our, table to personally greet us.... that's customer service Yanitsa our waitress was very friendly and efficient This made Valentine's Day for us very special especially for my wonderful wife Who they gave a red rose to As always this is elegant. Restaurant that is superior in industry

    Capital Grille always impresses. The food and service are always top notch. I have had steak and seafood and both are fantastic. I recommend it for any dinner or special occasion. I have also enjoyed their lunch menu on many occasions.

    Food is without a question one of the best in the industry However, what makes a meal( gathering if you will ) even more memorable is a professional Person who waits on you, knowing what to do as if they read your mind  Her name is Bridget  She made our meal. our get together as a special experience.     Food was not as good as it usually is. No taste, very bland. Meat was tough even being medium rare. Not that great of an experience this time around.
