Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. Tremendous food and superb service from our server, Aaron. Manager Bill and his excellent staff at Capital Grille always make us feel like family, and go above and beyond to make sure we’re satisfied with every aspect of our dining experience. Definitely our favorite restaurant in Salt Lake City.

We had a wonderful night with family. Autumn D was our server and she did an amazing job. We ended up seating downstairs and it was so fun and it was quiet. It felt like we were the only people in the restaurant. The food as always was impeccable. Being down stairs was the cherry on top. Autumn took such good care of us. Ian was so nice and friendly and was also very attentive. As always the Capital Grille is top notch we always recommend coming her. From the ladies that greet you and the bartenders who see you , and the gentleman who brought us our bread service. Carrie as always was fabulous and came to see us. I have never had anything but a fun and excellent food and service. Capital Grille has some of the best staff from front of house down to the dishwasher. Best restaurant I have ever been to.

We celebrated a family milestone at The Capital Grille this evening. We enjoyed every aspect of our experience - capped off by our attentive, personable, and knowledgeable waiter, Armand. Would definitely recommend!

Capital Grille Never disappoints. We used to eat at R.C. But will not go back. Only because the food and service is so much better here!

First time there. Great vibe, reservation was right on the dot, if you get there early you can hang out at the bar and they’ll come get you. Food was great (tenderloin and lobster tail and lemon salmon). Both were flavorful. Service was great and always checking-in and refilling our waters. Great experience and comes with the price but I’d say worth it.
