   Santa breakfast. Was like a continental breakfast from a hotel. Hershey is really missing the mark with their food. There are so many possibilities with chocolate themed. This just was blah.

   Staff was fine. Food was fine. But the floor was really dirty, appears a family with younger kids were there before us, but that the floor wasn't swept. We had a lot of food under the table when seated.

   We had a reservation and were seated early. They even accommodated our silly request to sit in one of the cute domes that we saw when we checked in. Our server was very friendly, but the food runners were not as friendly and not very helpful. We placed a drink and appetizer (the Ferris wheel appetizer) order immediately, and a short time later ordered our meals. A little bit later we received our meals, never having received the appetizer. We asked the food runners and they told us the kitchen was “working on it” and walked away before I could say anything. I would have said nevermind to the appetizer at the point. We weren’t in any rush so I wouldn’t have minded waiting for the appetizer, but not with our food getting cold on the table. We ended up wasting almost the entire appetizer because we had already eaten. The food was good, the drinks were very good, and our server was very sweet and took a nice picture for us at the end of our meal. The restaurant is very cute.

   I really wanted to dislike this restaurant because it took 45 minutes to get my beer (apparently, our waitress forgot to put it in and they had to switch the keg). However, the food was quite delicious. Whipped feta was a great appetizer and paired well with my long awaited pint of Troegg’s Grand Cacao. My daughter said her chicken pasta al fredo was tasty. I had the Hershey Berger and it was great. Cooked to medium, well seasoned with thick-cut bacon. Can’t complain about the food. Waitress was off but she was apologetic and kind.

   This was our second time and much improved from 2 years ago. Staff were incredible from trying to seat us with many other families to attentive waitresses. There was enough variety of food to accommodate adults and children and was tasty as well. Visit with Santa was not rushed and atmospheric.

    Great family place to eat, good food, great ambience, wonderful service. However, I would not recommend their milkshakes for 18.00, They are overloaded with slice of pie, full sived cookie , huge chunk of brownie,etc. unnecessary additions to a milkshake. Maybe some whipped cream and a few sprinkles and then you can charge 10.00 to make it more bearable for parents to pay the bill. All that extra sweet stuff was wasted as it was not what we ordered and surely ran up the bill. Just an FYI!!! be kind to families and you will get a larger tip!
