   Our wait for food and drink was very long. It was very noisy as all tables around us were waiting for food For the price we paid I did not feel that the service and atmosphere aligned

   Our server was great! Recommended great meals and drinks! Was very kind and took pictures for us as we were celebrating our two year anniversary.

   I always have a nice time at the Chocolatier and food is good. I am Pescatarian so I appreciate the beyond burger, but I would love shrimp Alfredo.

   This was my first time here. Our server Megan was absolutely amazing when I go back again I will definitely be asking for her. The food and chocolate martini were perfect

   Best dining experience ever! Chef Yvette & our server Tyler provided the best birthday experience for my daughter! They truly showed hershey is the sweetest place! The food was delicious, everything came out quickly! The restaurant was clean ans beautifully decorated. Cant wait to go back for another reeses latte! It was my favorite!

   We went on a Holiday for my step daughters birthday. Made a reservation, restaurant was pretty empty. Staff seemed unbothered. While this is a unique "experience" we wont be back. Pretzel bites were hard and 100% microwaved. Beef short ribs tasted like freezer burnt pot roast and the carrots and mashed potatos had no flavor. The only thing that was good was the sweet potato fries. This is cheap quality food that they try to pass up as "fancy" but the ambiance and food is equivalent to a Denny's. A child was given a birthday ice cream sunday at the table behind us but despite informing our server about my step daughters birthday and including it on our reservation, no one mentioned that to us. Pretty disappointing overall.

    Restaurant was 90% empty. I had reservations and was still made to wait 15-20 mins before being seated. Was then seated at a very small table right in front of kitchen/bathroom. Hostess was rude. We left before we ordered anything
