    Food was good but if you go to a restaurant like this you expect to be treated well. The service was terrible and for this reason I do not recommend this place. At the end it was another waiter that help us out with our problems and checked on us. Our server never checked on us . And we had to return our steak because it came with the wrong temperature.

    This was one of the best experiences that we have had in a very long time. My wife and I have multiple Michelin stars under our belts and The Collab is on par with most Michelin starred restaurants. Our favorite place to get a steak in Miami is Beauty and the Butcher, everyone rated The Collab’s ribeye better than B&TB. When our server, Jose, recommended the chicken appetizer everyone at the table considered that an odd recommendation. Once we tried it, we immediately ordered another order. I could write a full page describing the food and drinks, it was that amazing! Jose’s service exceeded every standard I’ve seen in Miami, but more importantly, every server, manager, and runner in the restaurant treated our table like we were their most important table in the restaurant. We highly recommend The Collab and can’t wait to get back!

    A wonderful evening with family and friends trying out some place new. We wanted to try so many menu items we decided to share plates. Everything was delicious! Especially enjoyed the lamb chops. Who knew we liked vegetables as much as we did when presented artfully and flavorful. The desserts were sinfully good. The service was attentive and friendly. The chef came by. The hostess was so polite and sweet. Just a fabulous night all around!

    The Prime picanha & roasted fingerling potatoes were amazing. Everything was very flavorful, well presented. Cocktails were very good as well. La Colomba has a wonderful hint of smokiness.
