    The Collins has become our go-to with friends and family. The employees are awesome, from the hosts to the wait staff- friendly and accommodating- they go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect without being intrusive. The food is amazing- again, everything is perfect. We are having fun exploring the menu, trying different selections, and we are always more than pleased. This is one of Phoenix’s best dining establishments.

    One of my favorite places to dine in the Phoenix area. The waiter/bartender Orlando is a gem. Very professional, and accommodating.

    Very easy to make reservations online. The staff was wonderful and very friendly. Our server was great. Very attentive to our needs. The food was wonderful as always. We will definitely be back.
