I was MISLEAD in my purchase! it clearly offered for my ticket, valet parking was included to bring in your ticket. NO SUCH thing. left my group struggling for place to park 7 blocks away for an extra $50.00. Then the offer was for bathrooms. NO ONE, NO where written or directed told or explained that they would have a cut off at 2pm!! Why would you want to have a cut off 2 hours before the event is done?? I would not have set my party/group up at the end of a event for this disaster at this price for such a let down. Next year first in front to enjoy the whole thing at its full glory.

Considering how many people show up for the St. Patrick’s Day parade and this brunch it is very well run. I believe the only thing missing that would have made this layout better was some sweet danish of some kind. Over all, a very good experience!

After reading online reviews we chose this buffet for our breakfast before the St Patricks Day parade. I was with my Mother and twin daughters. One of the reasons we chose the breakfast was the wrist band to be able to use the restroom throughout the day. NO ONE mentioned that it stopped at strictly 2pm. I came at 2:21pm and was rudely told my bracelet expired at 2pm and was not allowed to use the restroom. I was sent across the square to a white mobile unit and was embarrassed when I found out that was a private restroom someone had rented. I'm lucky that I made it to another public area to use the restroom after standing in line 3 times. I didn't appreciate being treated like I was trying to get away with something. I won't recommend this to anyone or return but if no one cares about using the restroom for the day as a perk, the food was very good and the service of the buffet attendants was attentive.

We purchased breakfast tickets for st Patrick’s day and it came with complimentary valet. Once we arrived we were told we had to pay for valet. Once we showed them our reservation confirmation they let us park for free. One point for that. We were also under the impression there was no time limit to the parking. But then they told us we had to leave once we were done with breakfast. We talked to a manager and he said it was okay to park during the parade but to come get the cars as soon as the parade was over. We talked to another manager who said no. We double checked and were told once again, yes we could leave our cars but had to get them immediately following the parade. So 2 different things beings said. We unloaded what we needed for the parade and were about to walk out when another person told us we couldn’t leave our cars. Basically kicking us out. So we had to load everything back up and go find parking just before a major parade was about to start. NOTHING was posted online or in the reservations that we could not leave our cars there. And to pay $35/ ticket for the worst breakfast ever! Ice cold eggs, rock hard cinnamon rolls, cold grits, cold bacon and so on. The staff was rude and not pleasant at all. $35 for basically a continental breakfast. McDonald’s would have done better for 1/4 of the cost. We will never be back and will never recommend the De Soto.

We arrived at 3:00 for our reservation. Most of the food was already emptied out. If you asked for a soda the value for a coke was $5 beers were $10. We paid $65 per person. For a plate of turkey, mash potatoes and cold green beans. I find this extremely disrespectful. To charge this much and not even offer a beverage. Also no kids options except what was being offered to the adults.
