Everything at The Establishment begins with well-sourced ingredients from sea and field. Through developing relationships with local farmers and fishermen, our ingredients will be consistently seasonal, fresh, and pure. Chef Elliott Howells' menu will always reflect a clean, focused, and balanced approach, delivering a selection of thoughtful and refined cuisine.

Located in Charleston’s historic French Quarter a few blocks away from Rainbow Row, Charleston City Market, and Waterfront Park, The Establishment features an award-winning wine cellar, over 150 bourbon and whiskey offerings, and a lively bar scene complete with daily happy hour. We feature Live Music every Friday and Saturday starting at 8:00 PM, featuring multiple local artists performing an array of musical genres. Our private dining rooms are perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, or business meetings. We look forward to hosting you for a casual night out or an elevated dining experience.

                                                              Horrible general manager I have met in my life. He was very narcissistic and only care about himself. Why the owners of such a great restaurant would have some like him working for them is beyond me. Our waiter was great, and so was the food. We will never return due to the GM they have running the restaurant. And cannot recommend it to anyone. .

                                                              Allen, Let me make this perfectly clear. I will not be intimidated by any guest in the restaurant EVER. You and your wife standing 2 inches from my face and demanding a certain table while raising your voices was uncalled for. I got you the table anyway. Remember? Your wife then came to the Host Stand during dessert and berated me about the situation calling me a jerk. To which I said please go sit and enjoy your dinner. And then on the way out she called me a "F-ing A-hole". Thats when I told you all you are never allowed back. Interesting how you left all that out of your review. So again, YOU AND YOUR WIFE WILL NEVER BE ALLOWED BACK TO THE RESTAURANT EVER. I am an industry professional not your servant. And folks like you do not deserve to eat here. Good day sir.
