   Entiendo que sea un restaurant con estrella Michelin, sin embargo los precios son ridículamente caros para el tamaño de porción. El servicio casi nulo, la mesera nunca volvió a ver si queríamos algo más solo tomó la orden inicial y trajo la cuenta. En general no la experiencia que pensamos

   Excellent. Delicious pasta, starters. Only had room for sorbetti for dessert but that was excellent too. Top flight service. Pleasant and attentive without being overbearing. The decor just felt right. A seasonal speciality cocktail was sublime. Fairly priced for this level of quality.

   Everything was wonderful. The service the ambiance the cocktails and the food was far above excellent. I love how smooth their operation is. I felt very at ease and relaxed. I will make this my go to restaurant for all events and special occasions.

   It has morphed from a dining experience into a nice little casual place for a drink. You won’t be disappointed by the amazing pasta and starters. You won’t be disappointed by the inventive cocktails. Meat is not their strong point and the markup on the wine should be illegal. Bring a bottle and take advantage of their generous corkage fee. I’ve been going to Factory Kitchen for years for the excellent food. And I always returned for the service. I will not go again because the front of the house service (not to be confused with waitstaff who are great) underestimated their client. We can never go back and give them more money after being treated like unappreciated diners. And I won’t recommend the restaurant to friends for fear that they may also be treated similarly. It was a good run.

   Dinner was so great! Every dish was delicious. The gnocchi and cannoli were my favorites. We had such a nice time and we look forward to returning soon. Thank you!

   Loved the whole experience and look forward to returning. Every dish was perfectly prepared. Ingredients were of the highest quality, so fresh and well seasoned. Salad with dates and goat cheese was delicious. Prosciutto and burrata amazing. The pesto pasta was a dream. The seafood ravioli was divine. The pork and sausage stuffed pasta was savory and flavorful. Drinks and wine were excellent - if a bit over priced. And the service friendly and attentive. The panna cotta was a perfect finale. So many other fabulous looking desserts, but we were too full to try anything else...next time. We appreciate the attention to acoustics as we were able to have a conversation - even as the tables around us filled - due to the sound absorbing ceiling. Not a small thing.

   Wonderful place. You must start with the prosciutto ham. I enjoyed watching the pasta being made - almost as much as eating the pasta. It's the only place I have eaten handkerchief pasta with pesto sauce.

    The food was excellent. However, the service wasn't. The waitress wasn't very attentive, and it started at check-in. The man at the front wasn't friendly at all. We were there to celebrate my husband's birthday, and it wasn't enjoyable.
