   We loved our experience at the Fisherman's Wife. The fish pie was the best I've ever had with big chunks of fish and delicious cheesy mash. Excellent friendly service.

   The halibut was cooked to perfection, the service is outstanding and all in all the whole atmosphere is casual and relaxed. This is better than you get at a top quality fish restaurant

   This is our favourite "go to" place! Highly recommend for a casual lunch, a stop off if visiting the area or for superb fish & chips. The staff are very welcoming, the service is professional and efficient, the food is delicious and it is wonderful to watch the sea whilst comfortably sipping a drink! You're sure to have a great time!

   I had decided I wasn’t in the mood for chips that evening so picked two starters to have together, some very nice mussels and some very nice spicy prawns with a little bit of samphire and mix and match. It was an excellent overall meal the Staff cheerful and attentive But sadly the place is rather noisy and raucous and the toilets are rather peculiarly placed so to be a little disconcerting. If you want a party atmosphere, I would certainly eat there again but will probably choose somewhere a little quieter for a more intimate evening
