   Good food well prepared and presented. Great ambience in this country Inn. Lovely to see the snow-drops on the banks nearby Service was good and attentive. 12.5% discretionary service charge thought to be a bit steep. We had a good time though and enjoyed the experience.

   Food was very good. We ate in the bar and it was cold. There was a fire on at the other end of the room which the local drinkers were all standing in front of. Eaters were sat at the other end of the room. We moved tables so we weren't sat in the window as did another couple. None of us took our coats off.

   Very welcoming staff on arrival Great choice on the specials board and on the menu Choose the Lamb rump served pink which had great flavour

   We had the most amazing Sunday lunch, everything was perfect! We walked from Burford in lashing rain and dried out next to the fire. We eat out a lot and we don’t hesitate in recommending the amazing food and staff at this riverside pub. Just book it!! Hope to come back and enjoy again.

   Great first visit to the Fox at Barrington, wished we had been before. With friendly professional staff and excellent food, both by me and my partner very much enjoyed the experience . The Inn itself has Cotswolds character with a contemporary twist. Will definitely be back on our next trip to The Cotswolds
