   Our first experience was pretty shocking!!!! On arrival we were greeted by the bartender who asked us what would we like.. then mentioned that we not serving alcohol. Even though there were 3 other people in the bar drinking pints of alcohol!!! So we ordered Lemon and lime, but when it came was only lemonade. Another person came to use and offered us a bottle of wine from up the road, Which we declined and was very unprofessional.Then we were taking to a table that was freezing cold. The bartender said that they needed to print off the menus! Even though we had booked so they was full aware we was Coming! All the food on the menu was more expensive than the online menu to top it off!! After waiting along time to take our order! Baring in mind no one was in the restaurant! They took our order. As the main came out we asked for 2 steaks - the steaks came out on its own followed by the chips and microwave peas 5 mins after! Which we had already eaten most of the main. They charged us £30 each for a steak which didn’t even come with the what you expect.. onion rings ect.. basically frozen chips.. then as they took our plates away…We were so cold in the room we had to leave! No offer for discount for the terrible service as we did mentioned we wasn’t happy! Yet still charged full price aswell as £4 for Just a lemonade.over all an absolute shambles!!! Will not recommend. Absolutely disgraceful.

   We arrived to been told there were no alcoholic drinks, they had no licence. We had drove from Bromsgrove and are friends from Telford ! We left without eating. Can,t believe we weren't informed before hand.

   The staff, good, service, good, real ale, Bathams, good. The way food served, good. Problem, I had fish and chips, and basically the fish was completely tasteless and bland, I have had Aldi frozen fish with more taste. 2nd problem, same as 1st, my wife had scampi and same as my fish, completely tasteless and bland, again have had Aldi frozen scampi with more taste. We were asked if everything was ok, but didn’t want the embarrassment of a scene. Simon

   Had mothersday 2 course meal, 2 people, main & desserts, 1 of the main meals had to be sent back as wrong meal, both deserts had to be sent back as wrong desserts

   Service was excellent l. Food was excellent although quite pricey. We were seated on high chairs which were quite comfortable, but I think i would have preferred to be in the conservatory.

    First time to this pub in many years. Extremely busy but service was very good considering about of customers. The worst part of our visit was the parking. Very difficult in places to park the car and getting it out of the space upon leaving. Cars seems to just park anywhere. Not pleasant at all
