   We arrived for our reservation, but it was overbooked, and we didn't get seated for half an hour. Once we were finally seated, we ordered immediately. However, we never received our food. As a result, we had to pay for our drinks and leave, as we were going to miss our 7 o'clock show at the Amica Center.

   Booked over 2 months in advance. Did not get seated till 45 min later food came an hour after that. Mine was over cooked! No apology no comping of a drink. The manager Shawn could have cared less. But he comped the people next to us. In all my years never was treated so poorly! Never again!!!

   Service was good, food was average. The pork chop although was perfectly cooked. I'm only upset because I specifically wrote in my reservation I wanted a birthday dessert for my cousin and when we ordered dessert there was know acknowledgement and they definitely knew because the greeted us with a happy Birthday

   Location, environment and service were great. Appetizer of garlic bread and starter salads were really good. Main was good but not great.

   We split the appetizer special as well as the veal chop and STILL had a doggie bag to take home! Everything was delicious, the server was a delight, and the ambiance as always was inviting. Missed seeing Joe Barone and Alex, but they can rest assured that the restaurant was running efficiently in their absence! Until next time!!

   We had booked well in advance and confirmed we were coming. There was an accident on the highway so we were going to be late. As requested we informed them we would be late. When we arrived just under 1/2 hour after our initial booking time we were told there was no table available. We were squeezed into the bar and had the beer taps in front of us and a large loud group behind us. The food was not great - my wife’s pizza dough was undercooked. My meal was ok. Overall disappointed. The people were nice but not holding a table when we informed them we were on our way left us in a cramped and noisy are so we decided to have a quick meal instead of the experience we expected to have.

    Took almost an hour for our food to arrive and we had to rush to make it to our show (which the server knew about)
