Despite booking only minutes before we arrived and the place being extremely busy, we were given a warm welcome and received the best service we’ve had anywhere for many a year.

Delicious food, with great use of local produce - dishes were quite pricey but perhaps not above the norm for high-quality pub grub these days! Staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. Lovely decor and great ambience, though it can be quite loud and lively (as one might expect from a pub!). All in all, it was a great dining experience and I would definitely return if I’m ever in the area again.

The food was excellent, service great. The room was busy so the ambiance was good. The only thing that let the night down was being placed at a table right next to the coffee machine. So my husband & I could not hear ourselves talking every time the waiting staff were making a coffee!

He’s smashing it. The food was beautiful! Everything we had was gorgeous, everyone here was really kind I would definitely come back here again. Thank you so much Xxx
