I was a little underwhelmed. It was fun but I'm not sure it was worth $75+. The ambiance was wonderful such a fun and beautiful spot but the service was just ok. We were sat 15mins after our reservation time, we order pretty much right when we sat down and then didn't get the actual tea for another 15 min. It was fun but in my opinion not worth the money.

Great experience, lovely atmosphere, we enjoyed this. The only blemish on this experience was being told we “only” had 90 minutes when we were being seated. We knew this from when we booked our reservation, but ok, yes, we were aware. We were wrapping up, paying and a server came to our table and said, “you’re approaching overtime”. I don’t know what they would have done, had we gone into “overtime”, but we were preparing to leave and still had nearly 10 minutes left of our 90 minutes.

$75 pp is a lot for the amount of food you get. But the food is tasty and the tea was amazing! You’re really paying for the ambiance in this beautiful, historic place. The service is excellent, and the tea service attentive. We had a table right next to the piano, but his playing was delightful and not too loud or distracting. It’s especially magical this time of year with all the christmas decorations. Highly recommend it at least once in your life!

Good to experience once, nice atmosphere. Overpriced for a marginal product. Reservation system allowed us to book tea time slot outside of normal tea hours apparently, the staff was not pleased. If this is the case, please have this fixed. The service was mediocre & one server was willing to help and did a great job. For the amount of money you’re spending the service was lacking.

Excellent service and food. The jazz was wonderful. Expensive. We could have had a steak dinner at Shanahan’s for the same price.

Everything was absolutely perfect! The food, the tea, the service all phenomenal. The Brown Palace Tea was everything we’d hoped it would be. All our favorite servers were still there.

We were seated at a very small table directly in front of the Piano where the noise level was too high. We requested to be moved and the hostess attempted to seat us directly in the hallway by the stairs and wait staff which we declined and were finally seated within the area of main seating. Reservation notes indicated celebrating a birthday, but there wasn’t acknowledgment. While the ambiance is beautiful, the food very good, I would recommend coming after New Years through the end of the stock show when the chandelier lighting is still up.
