The Grand Marlin Restaurant features a main dining area with a shucked to order oyster bar, exterior North Drop Bar overlooking Grand Lagoon, and private meeting rooms. This Panama City Beach restaurant, with an air of island casualness, serves the highest-quality cuisine, including the freshest local seafood featured on menus designed and printed daily to take advantage of the local bounty. The atmosphere creates a fusion of the Caribbean and the Panama City Beach Area. Corporate Executive Chef Gregg McCarthy has a passion for great-tasting food and particularly loves working his culinary magic with fresh Gulf Coast seafood. Boaters and beach-goers feel comfortable in shorts and flip-flops at the oyster bar, in the dining room and at the North Drop Bar. Excellent service from Hunter. We both ordered the she crab soup which was delicious. I had Tuna which was perfectly cooked medium rare and soy broth very tasty. Husband had the swordfish which he said was excellent.

This was hands-down the best meal I have had in a very long time. The grouper was fresh and cooked to perfection, and the mashed potatoes were delicious. Don't skip the desert.

Quickly greeted by the kind hostess and seated next to the window overlooking the water and docks. The waitress was kind and ensured all of our needs were taken care of. The food was excellent so compliments to the chef or chefs. Would highly recommend.

The grouper piccata is the best fish entree I’ve ever had, anywhere, anytime. And the ice cream basket is so delicious and perfect to share. The server was friendly and attentive. It was a wonderful evening with friends from out of town.

Our group of five enjoyed a delicious meal at Grand Marlin last night. We were seated quickly and had a very good waiter who was very helpful. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and answered all of our questions. Our only criticism was the noise level. There was a singer entertaining and that with the fairly fill dining room made it difficult to converse. We will return to Grand Marlin!!

Fellow restaurateur… excellent spot! Fried Lobster Fingers, Raw Gulf Oysters, She Crab Soup, Caesar, Grouper Piccata, Crème Brûlée all outstanding! Ribeye was underwhelming but the rest made up for it plenty! We will definitely be back and highly recommend.
