   Pasta Night on Thursday is the reason why we go! Chef Frank is amazing! He does the tableside pecorino wheel with bucatini pasta is delicious!!!

   We went for Valentine day and the food was outstanding! But honestly, the service was lacking. The waitress was extremely nice and she apologized a lot but the whole thing was an ordeal. We got there at 730. Ordered drinks pretty quickly but didn't get the drinks for 45 mins bc they were out of glasses? And another 45 mins for a second drink. Food wise: though it was delicious and we were asked very quickly if we had any questions about the menu we then didn't get to order until shortly before the first beverage (30-40 mins being there). The calamari was outstanding. We then waited almost 30-40 mins for our soups and another 30-40 mins for our entree. We did not get our entree until 930pm. On top of that we didn't get bread until we asked for it while we were still waiting on our soups. I understand it was a holiday and it was packed but several tables came ate and left before we even had our entree and by the time the entree arrived I almost wasn't hungry and certainly didn't want to wait even longer for a dessert. We plan to visit again on a regular night as we had heard many good things about the restaurant and the food was outstanding. Just need to better prepare for the rush so the diners don't have to be there for 3 hours for an app - soups and entree.

   Second time back in a week. We decided to try the pizza last night we are glad we did the white pizza was over the top. Our new go to in the Back Mountain.

    The food here is absolutely delicious! Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. Highly recommend the Chilean sea bass. Thank you. Maxine and Roger
