Previously known as BBQWhiskyBeer back in our pop-up days, we have continued to cook using smokers, a charcoal oven and over fire on a grill. The menu takes influence from barbecue all over the world, smoking, roasting, charring and grilling, inspired by the smoked meats of great American pit masters; but cooked with a Modern British touch.

Alongside the barbecue we are renowned for our incredible burgers - particularly our Burger of the Month (BOTM) which, as you can guess, changes every month. We also offer vegetarian and vegan options for our barbecue and burgers, and have incredible value mid-week offers to tempt you out on a Monday night!

Unfortunately there had been a fire before our visit which meant only the back of the restaurant was open so I can't judge this as a normal visit. Wasn't great having to walk through the smoking area to leave which was the lasting memory.

overall really impressed great vibe with relaxed atmosphere, very friendly and welcoming staff, happy smiling which is so nice to see. A little bit slow but then it was at the most busiest service time so really that’s not a problem. I would say although the BBQ was indeed great, super tender, super tasty, it’s a just little bit on pricey side. Saying this would definitely go again.

Hidden gem in Kingston! The food was outstanding, paticularly the beef short rib. Meat melting off the bone and so packed with delicious, smoky BBQ flavour. Delicious sides and atmosphere. Excellent spot!
