Expectations for a Culinary Institute offering were obviously high but they were easily exceeded. Perfect Easter Sunday!!

So many basic hospitality opportunities missed. No spoons served with granola (with milk) or cappuccinos (with sugar). Very slow service. Carbonara was very poor, egg was basically scrambled (cooked way too long) instead of creamy and consequently curdled and very dry. On a positive note, Guanciale bacon was delicious, the salad was fresh and abundant and the roast beef tenderloin was perfectly cooked.

Very nice ambiance. Service superb. Food very good. Thought it was affiliated with the Culinary Institute of America- it isn’t.

Lovely setting, great service (ask for Colin) the menu was wonderful with unusual selections. The focaccia sourdough bread was an excellent start to our meal. My husband had the Rye Bugatini Alle Vongole, I had roasted rockfish with mussels. Both entrees had wonderful sauces with fresh herbs that added so much flavor. We both agreed these were added to our short list of best meals ever. So glad we chose this setting for our anniversary. Will be back.

Food was interesting. Pasta was over salted. The mushroom steak was tasty but the sides were bizarre. It was an average dining experience.

There are numerous appealing options available in the valley, and I have decided not to return here. The Burrata appetizer was particularly perplexing; the beet purée overwhelmed the cheese entirely, resulting in a disorganized presentation. Additionally, the Gnocchi lacked flavor, with the creamy carrot sauce resembling merely blended carrots. Overall, it was not a satisfactory experience.

All of the food offerings were great. Fairly limited menu. Those at our table had carbonara, the clam pasta dish and the seafood and mussels all very good. The dinner salads are large and is more than enough for two or a small salad for four. Overall, a great experience will be back next week.
