Having eaten at Coast their sister restaurant, we were expecting great things and we weren't disappointed. The food was as good as it gets and the service was unobtrusive but good. We were a bit disappointed with the decor which wasn't to our taste but overall this was a first class meal but perhaps a little expensive. Highly recommended.

Visited The Grove while on holiday in Pembrokeshire having used TopTable to identify a good place for a special meal out. Restaurant is in a beautiful situation, staff very friendly, good ambiance and above all the food is excellent. I'd be amazed if The Grove doesn't pick up Pembrokeshires first Michelin Star very soon. We had the signature taster menu - 7 courses. An excellent menu very well thought through and designed. 5 of the 7 courses were stunningly good - the other 2 still very good but not quite as good.

I have eaten at the Grove for a special occasion in the past, and the food, wine and ambience was fantastic. This time round a friend and I went for a lunchtime deal and the food was again fabulous, but this time the cost was much more reasonable. For those who would like the chance to eat amazing quality food but are on a budget, i cannot recommend the lunchtime deal enough. It was particularly great because we were able to walk through the beautiful surrounding countryside to get there and built up an appetite!

NY's eve meal. There was a little mix up having booked for 8.30 pm, The Grove didn't seem to be expecting us. It was quickly rectified, with apologies from management that when confirming our table, they had overlooked letting us know the evenings' set meal started at 7.30 pm. We had missed the 1st 3 courses of the tasting menu, but were accommodated to join in with the last 3. We had our young children with us & they were well catered for. Great food, ambience, hospitality & surroundings.

Beautiful old house. Welcoming lounge with open fire. Fixed price menu which we knew before setting off so no surprises with prices. Excellent menu choices. Wine list extensive. Something for everyone. Not so many guests so owner was able to share some of the history or the place and it's restoration. A very pleasing experience overall.
