   Made us wait 1 hour out side even tbough I had made reservations for 10:15 pm also food was absolutely dry and bad they had a super limited menu

   The food and service were absolutely horrible, not what you expect from a good restaurant. I have been to several 5 star and Michelin rated restaurants, the H was a huge disappointment. Food tasted like had just come out of a can.

   The worst experience for a special occasion such as Valentine’s Day. We were rush to finish our food. The food was less than good for the price of the fixed menu. Very disorganized. The restaurant tried to fit as much people at the expense of offering a mediocre experience. Not recommended. Too expensive for such a bad experience

   Horrible experience. 2.5 hours and still didn’t get our main course. Left without eating. Long line of people with reservations that couldn’t be seated. Never coming back.

   Such a disappointing and embarrassing experience. They lied to me and overbooked themselves, what a waste of time and money. I called this place 5 times to make sure everything was perfect and they didn’t fulfill their word, they over booked themselves place and kicked us off the table even when I ordered 2 bottles I couldn’t even receive my second bottle . Just a shame

   This was nothing short of a terrible experience. You know things are bad when the best part of the experience was the Valet. This was a pre-fix valentine dinner for 150 pp before drinks. The service was super slow . What was suppose to be a two hour meal turned into 3.15 hrs. We closed out without desert knowing it would take another half hour. Hard to believe considering they had complete control of the menu. Once the main course was served we didn’t see the waiter for 50 minutes. The food was abstract and Luke warm. Upon leaving at 1015pm there was a line going around the counter waiting to be seated for their 9pm tables. They were not allowed into the restaurant. Everyone was up in arms. That would have been a big scene if it was raining. Buyer beware.

   Went to the valentines experience. Prepaid for meal, gratuity & tax. The food was terrible. My lobster bisque was cold. The steak was not good. But the worst part of the whole experience was the service. Waiting and waiting for our waitress to come back to the table. My husband had to go ask someone else for our check to leave. I learned that prepaying gratuity at a restaurant guarantees terrible service.

   Hi, we’re regular customers. We came to celebrate Valentine’s with Kyle as our server. Initially, he seemed disinterested and kept looking at his tablet. We ordered cocktails and an old-fashioned. I’ve had the old-fashioned at H before and liked it because it’s smoked and comes with a fig. However, mine arrived with a cherry instead of a fig and no smoke. Kyle apologized and made it right. The 5-course meal was rushed and served in the wrong order. The amuse bouche, normally a one-bite tastebud opener, arrived after the starters. It was a large pana cota that was too filling. Kyle took one back as it wasn’t gluten-free and brought back the one we agreed on. We were surprised to have the amuse bouche with the starter and asked to be served at our own pace. Kyle assured us he wasn’t in a rush (so caring about his schedule not ours…) As we were still eating, a server brought our filets, serving more than half of the 5-course meal in under 45 minutes. We sent the filets back to the kitchen, and Kyle apologized for the oversight. While waiting, we overheard a neighboring table complaining about their main dish taking too long and received two free cocktails as an apology. We then ordered a glass of wine and asked for the filets to be prepared. The rare filet was medium well, while the medium filet was well-done. We sent the rare back to the kitchen, which quickly prepared a new one. Entremets and desserts were served out of order, with desserts before entremets. My wife’s dessert, a tart, wasn’t gluten-free despite Kyle’s recommendation and double-checking. He offered a fruit salad instead, but it was too late. After asking for the check and paying, Kyle didn’t even say goodbye, leaving us disappointed and with the worst experience we’ve had at the restaurant. The H lost places in our list of go-to restaurants because the standards have been lowered, and it’s now just expensive without good service and attention to customers.
