   Nice place and friendly service but disappointing when you receive your bill the restaurant adds on a 3% “surcharge.” Not for cc but because “costs” have gone up and they don’t “want to increase menu prices.”

   Dear Scott, I'd like to start off by thanking you for taking the time to let us know about your most recent experience dining with us. I'm very sorry to hear that you didn't fully enjoy your visit here and that you didn't get an explanation for the 3% restaurant surcharge. The surcharge is implemented to ensure that we can maintain the high standards of service that our guests expect & deserve. It directly supports a way to offset rising costs associated with the restaurant (food, beverage, labor, benefits, supplies). We do this in lieu of increased menu prices. Please know that transparency is important to us, & we aim to provide clear information about all charges associated with our services. We really hope you are willing to give us another chance in future.

   We had a party of 8. Half of us got there on time and checked in. Our table wasn’t ready but we took the time to take pictures which worked out beautifully. We had the opportunity to take pictures with the lovely place. One of the staff members apologized for the inconvenience and gave us a “thank you for your patience” shot. Needless to say the food was delicious!!!! Everything was amazing from food to service.

   My friends and I celebrated a birthday at Hampton social and had a great time. We enjoyed the brunch and split many of the appetizers. Great location and vibes.
