   Lovely experience from start to finish - food was amazing staff were attentive, one of our group had an food intolerance and they were excellent at dealing with this - five stars -thanks For a great evening.

   Great food and atmosphere in a packed restaurant. Unfortunately, our table was far too small for a party of 6 and impacted our enjoyment of the evening. Additionally, i phoned specifically to let the restaurant know this was a celebration for a Birthday and some exams being passed and they said they would acknowledge this with a surprise. Nothing arrived. I am a very regular visitor to The Ivy - mainly Winchester, but this was our first visit to Ivy Asia. Not sure i will attend again given the above and service that was not entirely warm. Shame. Member no. 1040969.

   Service was impeccable - as you would expect from the Ivy brand. The restaurant decor was stunning - such a wonderful place to be. The food was very good. Starters were oddly better than mains. Next time we will probably just order all the starters and no Mains. Lovely lunch and attentive staff! Well done.

   The prawn dumplings were excellent as was the ice cream. The turkey curry was very good/imaginative in terms of the mix of flavours but the meat itself was a little tough/chewy. Perhaps it needed marinading? Overall very good.

   Unfortunately it wasn’t a great experience for us, our first and last time to Ivy Asia, I have been to plenty of Ivy restaurants in London and never been disappointed! Waiter wasn’t too attentive as had a long wait to order further drinks…and then waited to try and pay our bill, gave up and took the bill to the door to pay as we needed to leave to catch our train home! The starters we had, chicken skewers and prawn dumplings were tasty but very small amounts… The 2 curries we had, the massaman and Rendang were very disappointing in flavour, authenticity and portion size and to add were served barely warm! We were approached by one of the managers on our way out and offered a free drink each if we return but to be honest I don’t think that will happen!

   Always excellent food and service and todays visit was superb - advise offered when asked re ordering, birthday recognised, service just right. May it always remain as a guaranteed Greta place to go.

    Amazing food as ever, was seated downstairs which lacks the same atmosphere as the upstairs area, this definitely needs attention.
