    Had an afternoon tea to celebrate a special birthday. Food was amazing and beautifully presented. Staff were friendly and attentive but did not rush us. We had a lovely afternoon - thank you!

    Restaurant is beautifully decorated and the staff were very friendly. We had the set menu lunch which had a good range of choices at a reasonable price.

    Whilst the food was outstanding and the value was great- we had to wait over 20mins for our table after our booking time. We were then escorted to a bar first before even getting to our table so that meant almost an hour until we received any food. The service was OK. When you got it, everyone was friendly; but we had to wave and flag servers down for assistance and often wait/chase up missing food and drink orders. It wasn't terrible, but the service and attentiveness could definitely be improved. The food really saved the experience because the option, value and flavours were phenomenal.

    It's not the place it useful to be...had the experience menu. Wasn't allowed to change to the bigger dessert even though I offered to pay the extra. Felt like a child being told no! Starter were lovely but mains were horrible, tasteless...better meal had in China Town night before and that was half price. Definelty not fine dining like it used to be. So busy you couldn't gear yourself. Given bottled water and wasn't given choice of tap. They removed all drinks from bill when complained. So they dealt well but was wiling to give the bigger dess3rt one we'd had the usual one. Very silly. We will not be returning to any branch!!
