    As a long term fan of the Ivy, sadly this was my worst visit, as usual the food was great and fairly priced. The service is usually what makes the Ivy extra special, today there was a lot of disorganisation, waiting and a number of drinks forgotten, it fell well below the usual high level of service. The staff are usually on the ball and superb .

    The Sunday lunch was awful. Frozen white potatoes and Yorkshire puddings, pre packed meat. I’ve never had a bad experience at the Ivy so very disappointed.

    Excellent service, delicious food. Restaurant is not spacious so tables are close together. Coupled with metal and mirror decor leads to a noisy echoey room.

    It was okay, rather disappointed our booking had been over shadowed by a double booking on the day. The staff did make amends by giving us complimentary drinks for the inconvenience of sitting on the terrace - thank goodness it wasn’t raining!!

    Sat upstairs in the restaurant which was a nice surprise. The atmosphere was excellent and felt more relaxing than the main restaurant downstairs. Beth really did look after us well even though she clearly very busy. Food and drink were great.
