    We booked for afternoon tea but there was no tea menu. We understood that it had been replaced by a Christmas menu. So we ended up having lunch at 4PM. The food was good but the service, while very friendly and helpful, was quite shambolic. A long wait to have our order taken and our drinks arrived halfway through the meal. A nice ambience but the overall experience fell short.

    Friendly and efficient waiters with excellent recommendation and patience. Food was lovely though we did have a problem with one of the dishes this was rectified. Very enjoyable evening

    Always have had excellent food at the ivy restaurants and this one was no different but we found the service a little hit and miss compared to the others we have visited in the past

    Wonderful Visit for Breakfast to The Ivy today. We were greeted with big smiles which was a good start. Good choices on Menu absolutely enjoyed our Full English Breakfasts. Service was excellent. The Manager was very friendly which made the visit even more pleasant. Will be returning very soon.
