This was our first visit to a Jupiter Grill. We enjoyed drinks at the inside bar prior to our reservation and the bartenders were fantastic and very friendly. I would say the rest of the experience was “fine”. I ordered the roasted chicken and it was very good. Others in our party ordered the filet among other choices. The filet was properly cooked. We were seated in a corner booth by the doors to the outside next to the kitchen area. It was extremely smokey in the dining room but got better when the doors were opened. The ventilation system needs to be addressed as the kitchen smoke fills the area. There is also a very bright outside light that shines directly into the eyes of the diner who faces the doors at this particular table and it’s BLINDING. We had to squeeze together so the person could move out of the light…..my recommendation is to not sit at this table or next to the kitchen area in general. The service was just ok…..but nothing spectacular and we had to ask for bread and additional cocktails etc. All in all it was fun to try Jupiter Grill and when we left we all agreed that we will return for drinks and visits to the inside or outside bars but not for another big meal in the dining area.

Booked for Valentine's Day. Reservation was for 9:00 and was not seated until 9:45 after I had to go to front desk to remind them we were still waiting. This was despite several tables being open. The hostess said she was still waiting on a table and we were ultimately seated at a table I saw open when we arrived at 8:40pm. The menu was prix fixe. Food was average at best. My pork chop had to be sent back to recook it was raw. Even the waitress who saw it said "that is no bueno". As part of the prix fixe it included desert (Raspberry Dark Chocolate Tart) which was a small round short break bowl 1.5 in inches diameter filled with what seemed like bakers chocolate that reheated and chilled. Huge miss on the desert vs the description. Whipped potatoes served with filet were extremely salty and potatoes served with pork chop were cubed roasted potatoes overcooked and soggy. I have eaten at Jupiter Grille at least 8 times and always enjoyed the food but tonight was a huge miss on their part. Overall it felt like it was the wedding food your served at a large wedding where the food is pre plated and sits in a warmer until served. Total bill for this , including a couple of drink was $425!! I wouldn't have paid more than $75 for a meal of this quality. Sorry Jupiter Grille, huge miss on a day you could have showcased some of your best.

Should have checked ahead of time but it was a fixed prix menu for the 3 days including Valentine's. Price was over the top for the value received. Options were very limited. It was hot in the dining room as they had patio doors open. First time visiting and won't be returning.
