   Much nicer experience the 2nd time round food is good much nicer when a little less busy felt like a school cafeteria the first time with all the noise a packed in and rushed through my meal. The 2nd visit was much better less people was allowed to eat my dinner with being pestered for my plate

   I have visited the Kara on several occasions when staying local, everything is great about this place, service staff, food. I will visit again when staying local.

   This is the second time at Kara for us, but this time it was for a family gathering, and yet again it was great. The shorter fixed priced lunch time menu choice was superb, great value and the food outstanding.

   Our good was so delicious and wealth the price. The atmosphere was classic and pleasant. Our waiter was extremely pleasant and polite. Will definitely go there again.

   A lovely restaurant, great food and impeccable service! The bar area lets it down though sadly, it was too busy to get a seat and and too crowded standing, hard to get a drink, whilst waiting to be served by bar staff in that area. Very loud in the bar, standing for 30 mins to get your table is not fun! Thankfully we managed to get ours sooner than the booked time, but hoping we could have a chilled drink/seated before dinner didn’t quite work out for us, which was a shame.

   No one at entrance regarding booking. Ignored by two members of staff. Finally seen and told to wait in bar and have a drink. This has to be done by a waitress, but couldn’t get anyone. Finally took order and told table not ready so had to pay there and then. Table waiter looked so unhappy, annoyed to be taking drinks orders with food. Service very unfriendly.

   Great atmosphere and the decor made it feel high end. Food was fantastic and cocktails goos albeit a bit pricey.
