   As we arrived. It looks fancy and nice. Good start. But as soon as we walked in. Nobody to welcome us, so we sat down for 5 minutes to every staff member just ignoring us. So one of us went to the bar to be told to sit back down and someone would come serve us. Well that didn’t happen so we had to call someone over In the end. Drinks are super pricey but delicious. Our table was pretty much on time. The place was nice and clean. Food was amazing to be fair. They were out of shishas but that’s a luxury so won’t complain too much. But for dropping near on £500 for 8 of us. The service is way below par and I was quite shocked if I’m fair and felt really deflated by this. Having to wear smart attire, spending a lot and just being blanked effectively. Not cool. Maybe if it were on a quiet night it would have been different but as my first experience here. I wouldn’t return if it were my own decision.

   Sadly not as good as other visits. Maybe because of Christmas season. Long wait times on food and drinks. Staff rushed off their feet and didn’t look like they were enjoying their job (which I totally understand).

   Disappointed with trip to Korean Cowgirl. The waitresses and waiters all looked miserable and found them unapproachable. We ordered the sharing board and it came out cold. Won’t be returning.

   We went to the cave to celebrate our daughters 21st , ordered the board for 4 most of the meat was really saltie , the beef burnt ends where more like pulled beef not crispy at all. Staff where polite but didn't even ask if we wanted a drink ,my husband had to go upto the bar to ask for a drink then was told its table service. But the staff where standing around having a chat . The optional service charge wasn't optional . Our food arrived before the drinks as it took ages . We where very disappointed as the actual setting is lovely just a shame the staff where not in form and the chef loves his salt . We won't be returning or advising anyone else to go .

   An amazing evening celebrating my Daughters 18th Birthday. Amazing service from the team from start to finish. Food was amazing quality as always, and the service was second to known.

   We would recommend. The platter for 2 is well worth the money and more than enough for two people.

   Food was cold No one offered us drinks Food came way before my partners Overall disappointing, staff wasn’t very friendly either.
