I'm glad you were open. I will return for drinks and ambience in the future. Excited to stay in the hotel as a guest. However, the holiday dinner was not tasty and a friendly reminder why I prefer to celebrate solo if at all. Great staff, tho!

My family tried the Lobby at Ace for Sunday brunch, as it was close to church and the bottomless brunch and menu looked good. There were also options for our two younger children. We were unfortunately disappointed. When we arrived, we were not given the brunch menu, and had to ask for it. Then, we stated that my wife and I would like to do the brunch, and we would order off the menu for the kids (9 and 3 years old). We were told this was not an option, and all at the table would have to participate in the brunch. This was due to the pastry/lox tower and snack cart. Our kids weren't interested in the lox or the snack cart, and just wanted some pancakes and eggs that we were happy to pay for off the menu. It's ridiculous for us to pay the $45 for my 3 year old who's not going to eat anything off of the brunch. I could see it maybe for my 9 year old, but she wasn't going to eat anything off of the towers either, maybe a pastry. Our server went to talk to the manager, and we were told we all had to get/pay for the brunch. The manager did not come over and talk to us. We were very disappointed in the way this was handled. We ordered the kids breakfast since they were starting to get hangry and didn't want to try and find someplace else at short notice. After we ordered, the server came back and said she talked to another manager who would have "comped" the kids brunches, but we were done at that point and had already ordered. The first order of pancakes came out burned and tasted like it as well. Eggs were fine, the bacon was VERY smoky. They did remake the pancakes and they were fine. I was disappointed in the lack of understanding from a hotel that assumedly has other families that would be in our situation. We have been to plenty of other brunches in the city and have never had the kids handled like this. We will not be going back.

Brunch is nothing special. The à La carte menu is very small. The yogurt parfait is a huge pile of plain Greek yogurt with a handful of granola and a couple of berries. Service was slow and orders were not taken correctly. We will not return.

Service was horrible, stingy on refills. Spilled a drink of my friends fur quote and instead of apologizing blamed it on being busy (and they weren't busy). Food was decent ambiance was nice.

There was very limited valet parking. That was a significant drawback. The hotel staff and the restaurant staff seemed either overburdened or not entirely attuned to helping us enjoy our evening. I am looking forward to another trip to Ace. The food was wonderful, the ambience was excellent, and I am hoping that my interactions with the staff will approve.

The service and food were outstanding! We were seated on the patio which had a retractable type awning. It was great being outside but covered. The staff was friendly and efficient. The food was outstanding and highly recommend the bottomless mimosas which were only $20! Really nice place to take a large or small group of friends.

The service was extremely slow and we had to repeat our requests several times, but it could have been because an event was going on simultaneously. We also would have found it helpful for The Lobby to tell us that there was an event going on during the time we booked our appointment so that we could decide if we wanted to participate or not.

I didn’t know what to expect but I can certainly say now that it exceeded all expectations! You really can’t go wrong with bottomless brunch and mimosas. It was a wonderful experience and the food was actually good. They pay attention to the details that’s for sure. The only thing that I would say I didn’t love was that they had a DJ in a jeep outside that was extremely loud lol we were seated right in front of the speaker and I could barely get a sentence out without my friends asking me to repeat myself. Maybe just a bit of a lower volume would be better. Definitely would recommend for brunch tho!
