   Great location and fun to 'sneak into' the 'hideaway'! The cocktails were very innovative and tasty. The environment was delightful. The food was tasty, but we would have liked more than the 4 choices available. It got pretty darn cold as the time went on. We were there from 6-8 PM. It was uncomfortably cold by the time we left. I recommend reservations because there are only 4 small tables. Which, helps make the ambiance as pleasant and delightful as it is. It was a very nice experience!

   I would have loved to try the Madam, it was one of the main reasons we booked our stay at this particular hotel. Unfortunately, despite having made a reservation, we were not permitted a seat. The bartender just shrugged and said they wouldn’t be able to seat us, despite the reservation. It was quite disappointing.

   The space is quite small and intimate. The cocktails we ordered (after waiting 50 minutes), were well balanced and tasty. The Madam needs to tighten up their logistics and have (at minimum) two staff members working on busy nights to make this a top-notch speakeasy!

   Service was amazing, the bartender took the time to go over the menu, make recommendations and suggestions and even make a few of his favorites. The atmosphere was awesome, it got a bit busy due to a conference in the hotel. Overall amazing experience would highly recommend giving it a visit sampling their unique cocktails.

   We were the only patrons and had the place to ourselves for an hour and a half. We were greeted with some complimentary mini cocktails. Loved chatting with bartender, Kadek, about him being from Bali. He made us delicious drinks based on our likes. It was a very cool place

    Our reservation was for 6 on Saturday. When going that early a reservation isn’t needed (in summer, at least). Super cool concept, especially the hidden entrance. The drink menu was interesting and made/presented with artistry. For my taste, the drink was just ok. The mixologist was professional and friendly. During daylight hours the room is sunny and bright, which I wasn’t expecting for a speakeasy, but it was beautifully decorated. A tiny room which gets very loud if there is a rowdy group like we had, but a fabulous theme. We did not eat so cannot rate the food. Overall, we enjoyed the experience.
