   We enjoyed the meal and the service was excellent! The decor is quite unusual and lovelier will recommend to other out of town guests.

   We enjoyed sweet potato muffins, a brisket omelette, chicken piccata, and iced tea and coffee. The food and drinks were very good with excellent flavors and textures. As good as the food was, the service was even better. The staff, especially our server Fernando L., was very accommodating about our seafood allergy and knew exactly which questions to ask to determine which of our chosen menu items would be appropriate for us. If we get the opportunity to return to Old Town Alexandria, we’ll put brunch at The Majestic a at the top of our to-do list.

   We went for Easter brunch and the food was amazing! Their Easter specials were great and my kids enjoyed their food too!

   1st time my wife and i went for brunch. Had the fried chicken and Bisquit. The food was great, big portion, service was great, and it was a little chilly in there and our waiter spoke to i believe a manager and she brought my wife a Majestic employee jacket to keep her warm. To me, that was above and beyond cause they did not have to do that for us. Great experience. Definitely would go again and recommend

   Waited 30 minutes for a drink. Finally went to bar to get it myself. Waited 40+ minutes for appetizer. We’ve been to Majestic many times and never had an experience like this. Food was delicious.

   We’ve eaten here several times but today was exceptional thanks to our server Lorena G. We had a party of 8 and she was attentive, professional, and personable. She struck the right balance between checking on us and allowing us time yo talk amongst ourselves. Our friends from out of town thoroughly enjoyed brunch here just as we always have since moving to the area. Thank you Lorena G!

    The food was truly delicious, and the atmosphere of the place was quite inviting. Our server was adequate, though there were a few minor mix-ups with the orders, possibly due to the noise of the busy environment. Thankfully, these issues were not too problematic. Unfortunately, our experience was significantly overshadowed by the floor manager's demeanor. It’s possible she was having a tough night, but her comment to one of our guests was quite unexpected and left us all feeling uncomfortable. When one of our guests inquired about an extra side that hadn't been served with his meal, the manager responded rudly, saying, “I only have two hands, sir; your side is coming.”Her tone caught us off guard and seemed to drain the joy from the moment just before we began our meal. Rather than savoring our meal together, we found ourselves discussing her unkindness and wondering what might have triggered her bad attitude. It is unfortunate that one person can ruin an otherwise good experience, ultimately giving us no reason to return.
