   Ate there on a Wednesday lunchtime, very peaceful, staff very pleasant, portions huge and freshly cooked, would highly recommend

   Food was lovely, group of 4 and all enjoyed the food.. Same can't be said to seating area outside in the Greenhouse... it was very drafty, and dirty.. bits of garden debry flying around landing on us on the table where we ate...hopefully if we visit again as the food was very enjoyable we will be seated inside the restaurant.

   We were a family of 4 adults, we were shown to our table straight away, but before we had even sat down the waitress was asking what we wanted to drink, which I found a bit rude, I said to give us a bit of time and to come back in 5 minutes, which she did. I had burger & chips with cheese, my husband had the mixed grill, so did my brother in law, my sister had the salmon, all the meals were nice, not outstanding. I thought the meals were overpriced, as were the drinks. During our meal, I ordered another drink which hadn't come after asking twice, so after twenty minutes I went to the bar and explained this, to be fair they came straight back with my drink, apologized and said it was on the house. All in all we had a nice night, food and drinks good, just a bit over priced.

   Food as always excellent but the service was very poor, there was one person doing everything, table wasn’t even cleared and no one asked us about the food, just paid and left.
