One of the greatest experiences we have ever had in Hot Springs. The level of service and professionalism was outstanding and the quality of food exceptional. Our party enjoyed a wedge salad, house salad filet steaks and the arctic char, the shared Brussels for the table came late and that is the only faint complaint we could all find. Billy, our server was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu and made excellent recommendations. We can’t wait to come back and try dessert.

The best steak !!! Joslyn was super server very good explaining and answering all questions regarding menu choices. Bartender did an excellent job on mock tail!! Thanks to all for such a great experience!

Wonderful time at The Oak Room. Chris was our server and did a fantastic job taking care of us. Food and drink were great as well. If you haven’t been to The Oak Room before you should definitely go and if it has been a while since you’ve been please give it another shot and you won’t regret it. New manager Rebekah has assembled a team that is second to none.

The service impeccable worked to understand food allergies and explained all dishes down to salt and pepper content. Food exquisite we came from NOLA. Know proper food and cooking techniques highly recommended

Great service all around. Only complaint is the folks next to us was being extremely loud & at a 5 stare venue you want a nice quiet getaway.
