   The music was beautiful The service was great. BUT We were in the oval room, that had an aged carpet. The tables were sparsely laid out with a boring white table cloth. It felt as if someone set up the room as an afterthought. It was as uninviting to say the least. This is not what I expected from the Ritz. We asked to purchase one of the jams They brought them in a carton that didn’t close. We had to ask that they put it in a glass jar. For the price that we paid we expected a much better ambience. I would not recommend it again

   Le service a été tellement lent et parce que la réservation qu’on nous a octroyée était en fin d’après-midi (15h30), nous avons dû se dépêcher, une fois que nous avons enfin reçu nos thés et victuailles. On s’est senties brusquées et inconfortables.

   Expérience sublime. Nous avons eu la chance de déguster le thé dans la Salle Ovale. Des saveurs parfaites, qui sont une explosion à chaque bouchées. La finesse des mets, les accords de texture surprenant Une expérience unique

   Juste parfait pour un déjeuner rapide en famille. Service impeccable et agréable, superbe cadre, assiettes parfaites et surtout les meilleures frites de Montréal. Je recommande.

   We usually like to stop off here every year that we're up here in Montreal. Usually when we come up here it's cold either late winter early spring this year it's late winter. It's just so nice to take maybe about 2 hours out of the day and have a very relaxing tea service that comes with those standard wonderful little sandwiches along with the tasty sweets. It comes out to about $64 a person unless you get an alcoholic beverage and you can figure you'll add about another $20. It's not cheap but it is a very nice repast for a cold dreary day.

    The afternoon tea was amazing. The staff is very attentive and accommodating. Loved the sandwiches and deserts. I loved the heavenly cream latte.
