Overpriced food, poor service with low attention to detail. The only thing that saved it was that they had vegetarian options and the harpist was amazing. But too much rush and not enough attention to detail in service and food.

Great place to visit for a Holiday splurge! I went with my family, and Afternoon Tea was their Christmas present. Service was excellent, and the variety of teas and specialty cocktails offered was plenty without being overwhelming. Location is perfect. We went shopping in the 900N building afterwards.

I am incredibly disappointed by (and increasingly angry about) our experience today, which culminated in our server sending us home with food that had been exposed to a spray of broken glass. This is despite her acknowledging that the food was not safe because of all of the broken glass and telling us that she was going to replace it. Imagine my shock and anger when we arrived home and I found the original food (complete with a bite missing) in the box. We were very chill and understanding about the slow service and about the accident itself (I get it, stuff like that happens), but the fact that the floor manager did not check on us after glass sprayed our table (and my 5 year old!) is not the type of service I would expect anywhere - let alone here. The slow service I can chalk up to the holiday season. Sending guests home with food from a broken glass-covered table?! That’s a major safety risk and a huge miss, no matter how busy the restaurant is.
