   I eat out at restaurants 3-4 times a week and this was the first time ever when I checked in and the hostess said “a reservation is just a request, it does not mean that you have a table” even though I made a reservation to sit inside, I was forced to sit outside. This individual appeared to be management which was extremely shocking being that her tone was rude and condescending. I had plans to visit again with a larger group for a bday, but knowing that a reservation is just a request it made me not want to return with friends, family or coworkers for larger gathering due to uncertainty whether we’ll be seated even with a reservation.

   Service was not very good. We seldom saw our server. I wanted another glass of wine and I asked another server. Food delivery was very slow. Maybe this was due to the holiday. Loved the holiday decorations.

   It was a busy night in the area that we were seated. However, we got there around 5 and didn’t leave til 7:45 … not due to us meandering and socializing due to the holiday gatherings but each aspect of the meal from taking the orders for drinks to food took a long time! They needed more workers to cover the number of patrons. For example, one of my guest noticed our drink order sitting at the bar counter for a long time.

   Always great. Busy holiday season evening and appreciate that staff took a minute to make sure all were comfortable with table.

   Excellent food as always. Not busy but the service was severely lacking in time attentiveness. Waited 20+ minutes with more than one request for our bill

   Where dining on a busy pre Christmas Saturday night. Waitress/service was excellent, it appeared the kitchen and staff were handling an overflow house well. We had the halibut and crab cakes and appetizers, drinks and were super.

   Ordered the ribeye. Flavor was great but was a thin cut like you would get at Sizzler or Outback. Service was ok but not very personal. The steak felt over-priced.
