   Good experience overall. It was a busy weekend all of the staff seem they were occupied. It was a few minutes before a waiter acknowledged us while waiting. As always the food did not disappoint, we were recommended a mango drink which I would also recommend to anyone attending. Our waitress was great very hospitable. I’ve been to this specific location many times and I have never left disappointed.

   Our server, Lamont, who shared he was also training to be a manager was amazing. He made sure we were taken care of all night. My hubby and I were celebrating our anniversary and several staff stopped by to give their well wishes. My petite filet was cooked to perfection, the garlic mashed potatoes were delicious, Brussels sprouts served up with the perfect amount of bacon, Chilean Sea Bass was light and delicious, and the butter cake was a wonderful take home treat, compliments of Lamont. We enjoyed the live singing and festive yet romantic atmosphere. We will definitely return. Can’t want to see Lamont as a manager as he will be able to lead by example.

   Strangely, we sat in the penthouse and the manager, with very long dark hair, served our drinks, and did not put her hair back, causing her hair to flash into our drinks, very strange given the level of service you expect from a restaurant like this

   The service from Gary and April were phenomenal. The ambience, food, drinks, dessert and every person at Mastro’s who assisted our table were all amazing! We will definitely be back and won’t be waiting for New Year’s Eve!

   Reservations were at 8:30, didn’t get seated until 9:30. Extremely irritating. Checked in at 8:30, waited 20 minutes to be bright upstairs only to continue waiting in line for another 40 minutes with 6 parties ahead of us. I will never ever come to this establishment again and especially not on a holiday. What’s the point of having a reservation if it is not honored? So disorganized and unprofessional, they clearly over booked. Do better Mastros, it’s supposed to be upscale dining however it felt more like waiting in line at a buffet.

    We were waiting over 50 mins to get seated and then another 10 mins to get wine glasses or any kind of service. Soups were mediocre, steak was good. GM (male) was super rude and had the worst attitude, GM (female) tried to be accommodating, but it was no a good experience. Would not recommend.
