What an amazing NYE dinner at the Pines. We've dined there during repeated visits to Rehoboth Beach and this is a special place. The service start was a little rocky but hey, it's NYE and we got there at prime time. Everything evened out. It was obvious the host at the door and someone who looked like the front of the house manager weren't bashful at seeing that the dining experience was near perfect. They pitched in, stopping at tables and compensating for any small lapses in service. It's obvious that everyone cared deeply about making sure their guests were treated to a special meal. It was a fixed menu and none of the dishes disappointed. The beef short ribs were remarkable for the depth of flavor and the "crab spaghetti" was particularly noteworthy. Props to the chef for offering a curated variety of dishes to choose from. Thanks to all for a very good start to 2025. We'll be back!

A great way to start New Years Eve with Chef Tasting for a very reasonable $95 per person for a 4 course meal. Very generous portions, which I can enjoy another night! Always great hospitality and best craft cocktails. They handle the large holiday crowds without rushing the meal. Short ribs always so tender and flavorful. It was completely booked so plan ahead
