The Pink Cabana is an ingredient-driven restaurant featuring Mediterranean cuisine with a Moroccan influence. Designed by Martyn Lawrence Bullard, the Pink Cabana is designed to be a fresh modern take on the great tennis and racquet clubs of the 50’s and 60’s in Palm Springs.

The Pink Cabana also specializes in elevated libations, featuring unique wines from Mediterranean climates designed to pair with all of our culinary offerings. We also feature a variety of craft and seasonal cocktails influenced by the Great Spice Route. With a wide range of specialty aperitifs and digestifs, the Pink Cabana is a highly curated wine and spirit destination.

We had Sunday brunch here and it was fabulous! Loved the atmosphere! Yummy avocado tartine, French toast and Turkish coffee. Will definitely be back!

They did not have 3 items on the menu available. Our party of 4 all had to pick something different than our first choice order. They didn’t comp anything because of this which was disappointing.

The restaurant was lovely, looking out over the courtyard. Food was very good and came promptly. Server was knowledgeable about questions concerning dietary issues. Overall a great lunch.

What a beautiful setting and chic vibe. Great cocktails. Everything was delicious. I’d say the Mezze platter was underwhelming in terms of value but still tasty. The menu would benefit from the addition of a great burger aka Bar Cecil menu. Regardless we will happily return! So happy not to drive to Palm Springs for a modern hotel meal. ❤️

Food and ambiance are nice. The service is terrible - with our servers disappearing for 30 minutes at a time. Cocktails too, take over 20 minutes at a time. Disappointing.

SUCH attentive, kind service, fab design, and exquisite cuisine from mezze platter to GF fritto misto to salmon and chicken... and desserts are exceptional: the pot de creme (I could live for it!) and the bourbon date ice cream? Mmmmmm. YUM ! Superb staff including Gabby and Eduardo. We adore these people and this place!

We made a reservation and planned our evening around our dinner. When we arrived, we were told that the hotel and restaurant had been bought out and we no longer had a reservation. We were never notified of this change and our entire evening was derailed.
