   The place is absolutely spectacular. The atmosphere is very dark and dungeon-style. A bit too dark for my taste. Speaking of taste, gorgeus food and very well plated. Price is steep enough but otherwise worth a try!

   We had a lovely meal, the restaurant was busy and we were in a little nook at the front of the restaurant so sometimes felt a bit forgotten by the waiting staff. It took ages to get water and then there were no glasses. Dessert but no spoon. That said the waiting staff were friendly, helpful and obliging. I think maybe a bit overworked? Also the nook was extremely warm- I know heat rises but it was bordering on unbearable.

   Huge variation in staff - one was rude and dismissive, the other very friendly. The restaurant was cold and the lady next to me had her puffa jacket on. Staff did turn off the air conditioning when asked. Food was good, if a bit on the greasy side. The decor, layout and location of restaurant are all fantastic.

   Our overall experience was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was strange that we had to mark our choices of what we wanted to eat on the menu page as the interaction with the waiting staff was missing that usually occurs when ordering your food. We made a mistake on the sheet and while they were very good about it we still had to keep what we had ordered. If we had had the interaction with the waiting staff this may not have happened. The plates of food were quite small and in my opinion not good value for money. The dessert was very good. Our overall experience was okay.

   The restaurant had a nice vibe and was busy, however there were a few factors that disappointed us. Firstly, the restaurant was quite cold, everyone around us commented on it and we all kept our coats on. Secondly, service was quite slow with a few mistakes in our order and long waiting time for them to be corrected. The food was very tasty but a few dishes were cold unfortunately. We will probably try some of the other locations as the food was great, but probably won’t be back here.
