   Our steaks and prime rib dinners came to the table after a very long wait and were cold. The meals had to be sent back to be reheated and considering these were very expensive meals, it was a very, very disappointing experience. We are unlikely to return.

   Bit disappointed, overall. Certainly no complaints with the service - it was very good. But the food was mediocre at best and expensive. Two of the three of us did not really enjoy our meal. Also, did not care for the fact when I made a reservation, I had to give a credit card which would charge per person if I had to cancel. Don't normally cancel but there are weather considerations up here!

Regarding our cancellation policy we assure you that we would take weather or emergency situation's seriously which would not result in no show charges being applied. As long as we receive communication we'd be happy to cancel at any time, unfortunately many individuals do not communicate resulting in no show reservations.

   Worth a visit, delicious options, not cheap but you get what you pay for. Went to this spot in the summer, and now 6 months later it still was awesome food and ambiance.

   Beautiful venue, lovely decor. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Food was terrific - well plated, with quality ingredients and a delicious outcome. Great spot for special occasions or to make any day feel a little more special.

   Enjoyed French onion soup and shave beef sandwich in a comfy setting near the bar. Attentive, friendly service. Nice ambience. I will go back.
