   We hadn’t been to Jasper since January 2024. Remembering the outstanding meal we enjoyed at the Raven Bistro, we decided to dine there on this April 2025 visit. So glad we did! Once again we experienced top rate food, service and hospitality! Cheryl was our competent, helpful, and friendly server. We heartily recommend the Raven Bistro as a quality restaurant that consistently provides a special meal experience.

   Everyone we spoke to that had heard of The Raven Bistro was right. Great choice for dinner in Jasper. Excellent food. Wife had halibut. I had bison short ribs. Good local (meaning BC) wine selection. Nice vibe. Sarah (?sp) was a wonderful and warm server. Highly recommended!!!

   Another wonderful meal in Jasper. This is our favorite place to eat when we visit, we make sure to go every time. We haven't had a disappointing dish yet.

   The food was delicious and the portions were excellent. The only down side was the draft from the door, many tried to get a walk in table, being right from the ski hill didn't help with the cold air blowing in.

    The server was extremely helpful with wine and food selection. She knew the menu items very well, describing the ingredients and tastes in detail. The ARTICHOKE FLORENTINE TARLET was spectacular - flaky dough paired perfectly with the unique pesto sauce and cashew spread. I have have many of the entrees in the past so I tried the LEMON SESAME SCHNITZEL this time - the meat was breaded perfectly and fried to a juicy tenderness. The blackened lemon juice and fresh arugula topped off the dish splendidly. The rhubarb date chutney was good but for my taste was not needed. The accompanying warm potato salad was creamy and meaty - splendid match for the meat. Wine selection is great. I have been for the lunch specials and happy hour which are both great value.
