The service was friendly but quite slow - took a long time to get the food order taken and drinks ordered.

Great staff. Terrible food - fries were burnt and hard. Steak was undercooked. Burger was dry and lacked any flavor

we had a team dinner here and adarsh was our server . He was very professional and took care of our orders as requested and cocktails he suggested was very good . will come back for sure !!

Our server Adarsh was amazing! He took amazing care of our party, which include 7 13 year old boys, celebrating their friend's birthday. He and the Rec Room team did not miss a beat. Thank you for making this a memorable experience!

Server was never around. Kept on asking other servers for things. Band sound level was way too loud.

For lunch, we recommend the chicken club & fries on a ciabatta bun, excellent, & the fries were cooked perfect & tasty. Portions were just the right amount. Coffee was fresh, server was professional & friendly, the six of us in our party received our meal approx the same time . The washrooms were the cleanest we have been in, amazing all around. Fun day playing pool & games , thank you.

Very loud a little hard to hear people your sitting with. Do not agree with 18% gratuity when the prices are a little high and the bills are divided between multiple families. Overall though great time!

Mac and cheese had no flavour , fish tacos were not appetizing at all , no flavour in fish, but to much topping that was not good for the palette
