   Waitress was good. She was very accommodating and the games are fun. The only issue was the food. Wings were dry after asking for saucy, the fully loaded nacho's were all clumped together hard due to the cheese used. No queso cheese? I brought this up to a randon wait staff which I will leave as anonymous... I was told "corporate runs the show and we are just doing as they say. The Chefs have no control on the menu". That is typical anakyst behaviour IMO. The menu could be SO much better with small quality of life changes. Add queso to your Nachos and Pretzel platters. It makes for easy pull and flavour followed by more fun. Let ppl dip. Also, know your audience. This place is for kids!! Not as much professional business as you may think. I brought my team in for good food, good flavour and good fun. We just missed out on the food. A built in 18% gratuity on a roughly $452 receipt was not worth it. Let you chef's control the menu. At the very least them have the say because over the years of coming here... your food has gone downhill. The lava chocolate cake is not even fudgy moist filled flavour! Barely and lava, and it's just fluffy cake....shame.

   I wish we were able to reach someone by phone to answer questions and help with our reservations and plans. We had to book two separate tables to meet our groups needs because I couldn’t get a hold of anyone by phone or email. We then got a call inquiry about our two table booking. The told us they could put the two tables together but when we arrived we waited 20 minutes and were sat at tables on opposite sides of the restaurant and with different servers. There were open tables all around so I requested again that we be put together. They finally added a table to our so we could sit together but by that time half our party had already ordered food while the rest hadn’t yet. That being said, all the staff were very pleasant to deal with and the food was good and came out quickly. The games area was busy but fun and we enjoyed the bowling,

   The server and managers at Rec room were outstanding. We had booked separate tables and they called to move us to one large table instead which was above and beyond to begin with. Already started out with a great experience, then when we arrived they clearly laid out the table expectations and once we were seated two separate managers approached the table to welcome us. We had one meal that was delayed and before we even noticed they approached us and said there was a mix up and that they would send it out right away. Again great communication and made sure we were taken care of all night. Made our son’s birthday a great night out. Would highly recommend for any special event or a night out! Great work by all the staff!

   The overall experience wasn't anything special. We waited a long time for out server and we often felt like she forgot about us. The food was ok but not exceptional. Our appies and food all came out at the same time. We watched a staff member drop a cloth on the floor (not realizing it) and another staff member picked it up and then wiped a table with it.

   Made a reservation, when we arrived our table wasn’t set up. Got sat, no one came to the table for 10 mins. Then a bartender came by and gave us menus and said our sever would still be a few minutes. It was almost 20 mins after we were sat when she showed up. Food took over 1/2 hour. First two plates came out (we were a table of 6), then 3 more 10 mins after that. Last meal showed up 15 mins after first was dropped off. Chicken and Shrimp tacos were ice cold. My daughter’s fries and hot dog were a joke. Cold and old. We didn’t say anything about he food because everything was taking so long we just wanted to eat. Their excuse about the food delivery was that it was because one of our guests had an allergy. Except the allergy meal came in the 2nd round of food delivered…. Manager came and apologized and gave us $10 wristbands. Then I waited another 15-20 mins to get our bill. Our server was Joy. She was nice enough but the service was just so slow. Kitchen seemed dysfunctional and the food was pretty bad. We’ll come back to play games at Rec Room but we’ll eat somewhere else.

   The waitress did not care about our group and the food was given to the wrong person, I have to helped a lot by myself . Since the tip is fixed and whatever the service was, we have to pay the amount.
