Each course will offer a variety of Chef Robert Curry's traditional holiday favorites such as Cold Smoked Salmon Carpaccio, Apple Radicchio Salad, Willie Bird Turkey with Quince Stuffing, Swiss Chard, Glazed Pearl Onions and Apple Cider Sauce. The experience will end with seasonal offerings from Pastry Chef Paul Lemieux including Fairytale Pumpkin Cheesecake. Price is $185 per person / $70 for children under 12

    We were very surprised on how average the food was. The first course lobster dish was overpowered by shallot and radish. The citrus was a nice touch but the overall dish mediocre. The second dish was the risotto which just tasted like cheese but wasn’t delicate and no distinct flavors came through. It was just a big cheesy heavy dish. The main course of the lamb was too sauced and took away from the flavors of lamb that should shine through. With the sauce it didn’t even taste like lamb. And the rest of the dish was broccoli with Parmesan which was unremarkable. If this was just a nondescript average restaurant in town the food would have been fine but it doesn’t cut it for a Michelin starred restaurant where you drop $500 for two.

    Went to celebrate my birthday dinner and had the most amazing meal! Service was spectacular and I am still dreaming about the food. We did the four course meal and the portions were very generous, we probably should’ve opted for three courses. Thank you, Auberge, for a beautiful evening!!!

    Excellent service by David. The food was perfectly done especially the risotto and short ribs. The Kir Royale was like being back in Switzerland Awesome dining experience
