   We had a 6:30 reservation that I made through OpenTable. They had no record of my reservation. I had to show them my confirmation number. We were seated in a reasonable time but our food took too long to get to us. At least 40-45 min wait. They were busy. It was Saturday night. Food was good but a little too salty and green beans were overcooked and mushy.

   Slow service. Food was mediocre at best and we had to have an entree comped because of the poor quality. Table was very unstable. Expected more from the experience, especially for the price.

   Our first and last dining attempt at The Rim. It must have been the waitress’ first day on the job. We asked 2 questions about the menu, neither of which she could answer. She blatantly took our pictures individually with her iPad device, without asking us. What is up with that? It took a very long time for our drinks to arrive and after that, we decided to tab out and dine elsewhere.

   Server was tired and did not notice empty water glasses. We would have ordered dessert but had to wait so long for her return that we gave up.

   We waited for a while before a wait staff came to our table, but after that she was very friendly and attentive. My food was delicious (I’d go back just for the ratatouille) but my husband had the catfish and he was less impressed. Loved the atmosphere. We will go back again for sure.

   Not as good as the first time I ate here. The server wasn’t very outgoing or friendly, he seemed distracted or uninterested. He seemed to forget about us at times.

   We love going to the Rim. Food and drinks are so good, the wait staff is friendly. Awesome place to dine at!

   The service was great. Constant communication. Food was hot and prepared fresh. My wife and I had a great experience. Definitely coming back.

    Was a little surprised with the ratatouille plate. It was described as a portobello mushroom topped with vegetables. The mushroom was a bit smaller than expected. It was all very flavorful. My friend got the fish and chips. The fish had a fluffy batter and the fries were crispy and lightly seasoned. The only thing he didn't care for was the slaw because it was mixed with raw onion. He doesn't like onion.
