After donning chef’s hats and aprons, decorate a festive gingerbread house or gingerbread dreidel guided by The Ritz-Carlton’s pastry team. Light refreshments will be served. $99++ per party of 4, includes one gingerbread house or dreidel. Additional guests up to 6 guests per party, will be subject to a $25++ cover charge. All bookings require a credit card authorization in order to confirm the reservation. Our Holiday Events Reservation Team will contact you. - Cancellations are available through the OpenTable platform and can be made up to 72 hours in advance, outside of this time frame will result in a 50% charge per cover. - Reservations not canceled or amended by the day of reservation will be responsible for 100% charge per cover.

Food was not good this year. For a Ritz experience the food was basic and didn’t live up to expectations. The event should probably be moved inside next year as it was freezing and many of the heat lamps were not working or on by 10am. The craft and cookies were enjoyed by our kids but my coffee and food was disappointing. Santa looked amazing but we won’t return next year.

Don’t book at 3:00PM They did not tell us it was over at 4:00 and at $170 per person we did not have time to get prime rib before they closed They did give us 10% off but we felt rushed Not what you expect at Ritz

Overall the experience was not as anticipated. Price exceeded the value, service lacking and our table not ready despite reservations. When they seated our group of 4 there were only 2 chairs and table settings.

Great Buffett. The stock music was a little loud for our tastes but that’s about it. The only reason I gave the food 4 stars is we’ve been to The Breakers for Thanksgiving and it just wasn’t quite at that level but overall very good.
