   Three delicious breakfasts. Chocolate waffle special, shrimp & grit cake were outstanding. Third breakfast was delicious, as well. Service & greetings were excellent & made us want to return.

   Server was very sweet and in it but the quality of our food and the way it was prepared was not worth 200 for 3 people. Very disappointing- this place used to be so good but it’s gone downhill. Short ribs were over cooked and beef stroganoff had all mushrooms and no beef. The Cajun pasta was overly spiced. In the positive side the drinks were really good. I hope they figure it out.

   We live in Hampton. Went for my birthday breakfast for the second year. Took the day off so I could have the Spoon Stack - soufflé pancakes. We started with the scotch egg and my husband had the avocado Benedict. He said it was very delicious even without any meat. While we would LOVE to come more often, the 45 minute drive made for a lovely special day.

   This is an excellent location for brunch all week long. There is obvious care taken to make the food well and with love. Started with a scotch egg (crispy, full of flavor, and delicious) and a Pumpkin Spice Latte Martini (obviously delicious). Then, for the main meal I had the dark chocolate waffle with fresh fruit. It is the best waffle I’ve ever had. Hands down! Love the Rustic Spoon!

   I met a friend here for lunch. We made reservations in advance (a Friday afternoon). We were sat upstairs for our meal. The waitress (Kim) was very nice and even had personal recommendations for some of the menu items. Kim was also kind enough to take some photos of my friend and I without phones. I ordered the crab cake bites and Brussels (no bacon). Everything was delicious! The crab cake bites were amazing and full of lump crab meat. I will be visiting this place again!

   Breakfast was fantastic! We Will definitely come back! Eggs Bennie was perfectly poached and the sauce was light with a hint of lemon. Biscuits and gravy were yum! No dense or doughy biscuits here. We went upstairs because it was lighter and the noise volume mite manageable. Servers were prompt, friendly, and the food came out hot and delicious!

    Delightful experience. Becca was an excellent server. Reservation requests were met. Food was delicious — seafood omelette and tomato bisque with grilled cheese. 5 stars
